This project involved the installation and start-up of fuel dilution system on a crude furnace at the Phillips Sweeny Texas Refinery. JLCC provided all of the fuel dilution mixer design work; the John Zink Company provided installation and start-up services. Overall NOx emissions have been reduced by ~ 75%.
