Natco Equilon Pipeline Facility

This project
involved the installation and start-up of a fuel dilution system on a crude
oil heater at Equilon's pipeline facility in JLCC provided all of the fuel dilution mixer design work, as well as providing on-site installation quality control checks, and start up trouble-shooting.
