JLCC provided consulting services consisting of on-site inspection of a previously installed fuel dilution mixer and burner retrofit kit installation on package boiler, along with follow-up dialogue between Global and its contractors. JLCC subsequently designed and provided a new multi-venturi eductor capable of mixing & burning three separate fuel streams. Additionally, JLCC provided both on-site installation supervision and start-up assistance for a complete new burner assembly and modified fuel dilution system. Following startup adjustments, the package boiler was performing to the client’s satisfaction with NOx levels in the 18-20ppm range. Have questions, or would like references?
